About The Program
The Accredited Consultant in Real Estate™ (ACRE) Course and Coaching Program is unique amongst online courses. Because it is designed BY real estate professionals, FOR real estate professionals, the focus is not simply on learning concepts, but more importantly, applying them “on the street” in assisting today’s consumer with their real estate needs.
When you enroll in the ACRE™ program, you not only receive course material but once you pass your exam and receive your designation, your enrollment also includes one full year of our innovative coaching program to help you to fully integrate consulting into your real estate practice.
An Overview of the Program:
1. ACRE™ Designation Course
The course provides the basics of real estate consulting with a downloadable PDF Course Manual, written by Mollie Wasserman and Judi Bryan, which includes steps in computing your hourly worth and fee options.
Following your study of the Course Manual, you will then be able to successfully complete the online exam. It should take approximately 3-6 hours, to study for and take the exam.
We are in the process of establishing Continuing Education (CE) Credit for this course with State departments of real estate.
2. Graduate Coaching Program
The Coaching is where the real value of our program lies. We feel so strongly about ongoing coaching that we want to provide the following warning: “If you plan to take the course but not participate in the coaching, you should not enroll in this program as your money will be wasted.”
Because the consulting model is new to real estate, being coached and learning to apply the concepts to the real world is paramount to making consulting an integral and dynamic part of today's real estate practice.
Our Coaching Program includes:
- ACRE™ Coaching Exchange – Built on a blogging platform and moderated by coaches Merv Forney, Mollie Wasserman, Paula Bean, and Judi Bryan, the “Exchange” provides coaching and tools to make the most of your new designation. Depending on your style of learning and interests, you can subscribe to any or all of the following subjects:
- The Coaching Center: This is where the ACRE™ Coaches share useful concepts, practices, dialogs and tools.
- The Discussions: This is where ACRE™ Grads share their questions, experiences, triumphs, and challenges. Our Grads tell us that the discussions on the Exchange provide more relevant information on our industry than any real estate bulletin board, list-serve, or forum that they’ve ever been on.
- The Resource Center: Our document library is packed with incredible tools including Buyer and Seller Needs Analyses, Listing and Buyer Presentations, Post Cards, Brochures and other marketing materials.
- Access to ACRE™ Add-On Products such as Merv’s Smart Plan™, Mollie’s Personalized ACRE™ Web Page Package, or one-on-one coaching from several of the ACRE™ Coaches.

The Accredited Consultant in Real Estate (ACRE™) designation is awarded to real estate professionals who have successfully completed the ACRE™ course and passed the exam. . Once you earn the ACRE™ designation, it's yours to display on your website, email signature, and marketing materials. Unlike most designation courses, we do not believe you should have to pay an annual "ransom" to continue to use your designation.
The first year of the Graduate Coaching Program is included in the initial enrollment fee of $499*. After the first year, a nominal renewal fee, will give you full access to the Graduate Coaching Program along with other benefits available only to those ACRE™s currently enrolled in the Coaching Program.
